1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using the Bharati Group B2B Polymer Exchange platform, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by these terms, please do not use this service.

2. User Registration and Accounts

• You must provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process (KYC details, GST, PAN).
• You are responsible for safeguarding the password and OTPs that you use to access the platform.
• You agree not to disclose your account details to any third party. You must notify us immediately upon becoming aware of any breach of security or unauthorized use of your account.

3. B2B Trading & Procurement

Bharati Group acts as an intermediary facilitating the trade of polymers and chemicals between verified buyers and sellers.

• All prices listed on the platform are indicative and subject to change based on real-time market fluctuations until an order is officially confirmed.
• Upon confirming a booking or placing a bid, you are committing to a legally binding transaction.
• Cancellations are subject to our strict cancellation policy and may incur penalties.

4. Payments and Invoicing

Transactions processed through our platform require timely payments according to the agreed-upon credit or advance payment terms. Automatic GST invoicing will be generated upon dispatch of goods. Any disputes regarding invoices must be raised within 48 hours of receipt.

5. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Bharati Group, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the platform.

6. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material we will provide at least 30 days notice prior to any new terms taking effect.
